Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (ADR) (NYSE:BBVA)
Company Profile: Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA) is a Spain-based international financial group. The
Company’s activities are focused in such business units as banking, pension and insurance in Spain and Portugal, Mexico and South America. In the USA and Puerto Rico, the Bank only comprises banking business. In addition, The Company has two cross-sectorial business units, Corporate and Investment Banking and Global Retail & Business Banking, which includes retail banking, commercial and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) banking, payment systems, consumer finance and private banking, among others. BBVA is a parent company of Grupo Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, which comprises such entities as BBVA Banco Frances SA and BBVA International Limited, among others. In December 2013, the Company sold of the entirety of its about 98.92% direct and indirect interest in Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (Panama) SA (BBVA Panama) to Leasing Bogota SA, Panama.

Company Profile: Chevron Corporation (Chevron) manages its investments in subsidiaries and affiliates and provides administrative, financial, management and technology support to the United States and international subsidiaries that engage in fully integrated petroleum operations, chemicals operations, mining activities, power generation and energy services. Upstream operations consist primarily of exploring for, developing and producing crude oil and natural gas; processing, transportation and regasification associated with liquefied natural gas; transporting crude oil by international oil export pipelines; transporting, storage and marketing of natural gas, and a gas-to-liquids project. Downstream operations consist primarily of refining crude oil into petroleum products; transporting crude oil and refined products by pipeline, marine vessel, motor equipment and rail car, and manufacturing and marketing of commodity petrochemicals, plastics for industrial uses and fuel and lubricant additives.
Deutsche Telekom AG (ADR) (OTCMKTS:DTEGY)
Deutsche Telekom AG is a Germany-based integrated telecommunications provider offering its customers around the world a portfolio of services in the areas of telecommunications and information technology (IT). The Company diversifies its activities into three geographical segments: Germany, Europe and USA; as well as operates the Systems Solutions, and Group Headquarters & Shared Services operating segments. The Systems Solutions operating segment provides customized ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solutions for corporate customers through T-Systems, which include Computing & Desktop Services and Systems Integration. The Group Headquarters & Shared Services operating segment comprises management functions, among others. The Company's product portfolio comprises fixed-network lines, broadband lines, as well as mobile communication networks. The Company's USA segment provides mobile network services in the United States.
Duke Energy Corp (NYSE:DUK)
Duke Energy Corporation (Duke Energy) is an energy company. Its segments include Electric Utilities and Infrastructure; Gas Utilities and Infrastructure, and Commercial Renewables. The Company operates in the United States through its direct and indirect subsidiaries. Electric Utilities and Infrastructure segment provides retail electric service through the generation, transmission, distribution and sells electricity to customers within the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States. The operations include electricity sold wholesale to municipalities, electric cooperative utilities and other load-serving entities. Gas Utilities and Infrastructure segment serves residential, commercial, industrial and power generation natural gas customers. Commercial Renewables primarily acquires, builds, develops and operates wind and solar renewable generation throughout the continental United States. Its 144 MWac Pflugerville Solar Project generate energy to power approximately 27,000 homes.

Aeronautics segment is engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, support and upgrade of military aircraft, including combat and air mobility aircraft, unmanned air vehicles and related technologies. Missiles and Fire Control segment provides air and missile defense systems; fire control systems; manned and unmanned ground vehicles, and energy management solutions. Rotary and Mission Systems segment provides design, manufacture, service and support for various military and commercial helicopters, surface ships, sea and land-based missile defense systems, radar systems, sea and air-based mission and combat systems, command and control mission solutions, cyber solutions, and simulation and training solutions. Space segment is engaged in the research and development, design, engineering and production of satellites, missile systems and space transportation systems.

Macy’s, Inc. (Macy’s) is a retail organization operating stores and Internet Websites under two brands (Macy's and Bloomingdale's) that sell a range of merchandise, including apparel and accessories (men's, women's and children's), cosmetics, home furnishings and other consumer goods in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. As of January 28, 2012, the Company's operations were conducted through Macy's, macys.com, Bloomingdale's, bloomingdales.com and Bloomingdale's Outlet. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company opened three new Bloomingdale's Outlet stores and re-opened one Macy's store. On February 25, 2011, the Company sold its investment in The Knot, Inc.

As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated in four segments: Aerospace Systems, Electronic Systems, Information Systems and Technical Services. The Company conducts most of its business with the United States Government, principally the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community. It also conducts business with local, state, and foreign Governments and domestic and international commercial customers. Effective as of March 31, 2011, the company completed the spin-off of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (HII). HII operates the Company’s former shipbuilding business. In September 2012, it acquired M5 Network Security Pty Ltd. In February 2014, Northrop Grumman Corp completed the acquisition of Qantas Defence Services Pty Limited.

Company Profile: Phillips 66 Partners LP owns, operates, develops and acquires primarily fee-based crude oil, refined petroleum product and natural gas liquids (NGL) pipelines and terminals and other transportation and midstream assets. The Company’s initial assets consist of the three systems, which include Clifton Ridge crude system, Sweeny to Pasadena products system and Hartford Connector products system. A refined petroleum product pipeline, terminal and storage system extending from Phillips 66’s Sweeny refinery in Old Ocean, Texas, to its refined petroleum product terminal in Pasadena, Texas, and ultimately connecting to the Explorer and Colonial refined petroleum product pipeline systems and other third-party pipeline and terminal systems.
